with your interest in the services provided below, as well as a couple of dates you have in mind, in order of interest.

I will return your email confirming the date(s) availability and ask for a good time to set up a consultation call, at which we will discuss your menu, dietary restrictions, reason for celebrating, floral arrangements for the tables, etc.

First course consists of large wooden boards with local cheeses, local vegetables, dried fruits, jams, seeded crackers, edible flowers and more.

Second Course consists of a local bread spread with homemade herbed compound butter then seared in a cast-iron skillet,

as well as a seasonal salad with local greens, seasonal produce and a light vinaigrette to finish.

Third Course is your selection below paired with sides curated based on the seasonal harvest, at which we will discuss when planning.

Fourth Course is your selection of dessert, which I will go over the seasonal desserts during our chat.

A $300 deposit is required to book the date.
